Alexandra Margo Sholler, known professionally as Alison Wonderland, is an Australian electronic dance music producer, DJ as well as a singer. Allison Cara Tolman has been an actress for over 20 years. The actress was nominated for Golden Globes and Emmys in the role of Molly Solverson on the FX show Fargo's debut season. Tolman was raised in the city of New York and is the mother of two older and one younger brothers. The family relocated to England when she was a couple of months old, and she stayed until she was 4 years old. Then she lived in Oklahoma for five years and later in West Texas before moving to Sugar Land. When she was ten years old actress, she began acting in the Fort Bend Community Theatre. Clements High School was her high school and she was able to graduate in 2000. Baylor University granted her a Master of Fine Arts with an emphasis on theatre performance. Then she moved to Dallas immediately after graduation, and was one of Second Thought Theatre's first members. It was in Chicago, Illinois in 2009 she was a student in The Second City Training Center. The career of Tolman began in 2014 when she was the protagonist of FX's crime-drama series black comedy Fargo. Fargo is an adaptation of 1996 Coen brother's film of the same title. The show stars the veteran cast of Bob Odenkirk, Martin Freeman and Billy Bob Thornton. Tolman's performance as Minnesota police officer Molly Solverson was praised by Vanity Fair, who wrote: "She calmly and confidently stole the whole production". Tolman turned down several roles in supporting characters such as best friends, spouses, and mothers after her breakout role in Fargo. The actress was searching for an unusual role. Tolman was cast on ABC's Downward Dog based off the Animal Media Group webseries. The show lasted for one year. Tolman played a role in the ABC drama Emergence. The show premiered September 24, 2019 and ended with one episode in May 2021, despite the fact that Tolman tweeted that the show received "pretty good" ratings.
